This is a topic for those who have sent their unit in for any type of repair. Were you able to keep all save data, etc? Has anyone here sent their console in for dead/ stuck pixels?

Please feel free to share anything related. I just sent mine in. Curious about your experience.

You'll get a refurb back. Probably in worse condition than the one you sent in
Pretty sure they sent me a new one with all my save data and etc on it, got it back within 6 business days, so I'm not going to complain.

Comparatively when I sent my red-ringed XBox 360 in it took over 3 weeks to get it back and all my saves were gone and one of the USB ports didn't work at all.

With my experience with the 3DS, they do not send you a new one back but your saved data should all be there.

@Cranman1982
I don't know if you're trolling or what... that account seems to be too old for all that.

@Karmic_Dragon2003@ikki5
Yea, I'll be sure to compare serial numbers when I get it back to easily see if it was exchanged. The note that they send back would mention as well. I did send in a New 3DS a while back for c-stick repair. They sent me back the same unit with the fix (barely any better). But I was happy to keep the same one since it was otherwise in good shape. I hope it's the same for this Switch. It was also pretty quick turn around time as well. Similar to what you experienced @Karmic_Dragon2003. You should be able to tell if yours was replaced or not from what I mentioned earlier though. Or just compare it to the serial on your retail box if you still have that.

Anyways, hoping some people reading here sent theirs in for pixel issues. This is admittedly kind of a finicky thing. Wonder how it went.
